Terms and conditions
Article 1
Deliveries are made departure of the registered office of the salesman at the tariff fixed in the purchase order, with the risks and dangers of the purchaser.
They will be done at the latest five working days from the recording of the payment at the bank of the salesman. In the event of possible delay of delivery, the purchaser cannot cancel his order and/or require damages. The goods are given to the conveyor in perfect state. No responsibility can fall to the salesman of the head of losses, damages, failures or delays in the course of transport. The salesman points out that to preserve his recourse against the conveyor, the purchaser must check the state of the goods at the time of the reception. The reserves or complaints must be formulated at the latest two days later of the reception of the goods.
Article 2
Any complaint must be made in the three days of the delivery of the goods.
Article 3
In the event of delivery non in conformity and/or defective, the responsibility for the salesman is limited to the replacement of the goods not in conformity and/or defective and this by expressly excluding all other indebted allowances from the head of direct and indirect damage.
Article 4
In the event of dispute, only the courts of Brussels are qualified
